Since teens and young adults (13-28) have more joint mobility, energy, and time; it is easier for us to perform exercises. Some ways that I stay active on a low budget is:
- Running
- Body weight exercises
- Volunteering with different sports teams/leagues.
Adult (30-47) have a harder time budgeting money, time, and family events. The A.L.S. Workout Plan tries to get adults involve in budget friendly exercise activities such as:
- 30 minute fitness videos
- Walking around your local track
- Playing sports with your family
Exercise is very important to older adults (50+), because as we get older we begin to lose bone density and muscle tone. Some issues that older clients have with exercise is pain associated with exercise and lost of range of motion (ROM). So as a personal trainer, I recommend workout regiments like:
- Yoga to improve ROM
- Water aerobics to take pain/stress away from the body
- Weightlifting to strengthen muscles and surrounding joints and ligaments
Once again #Age can be a major factor that prevents you from exercising, but The #ALSWorkoutPlan can create a workout that takes in consideration your #Age. Exercise at any #Age can have you feeling young, energize, and healthy.
"But what about finding a #Location to workout while feeling safe?"
Stay tune to for the next post to learn about #Location and how you can overcome it!!!
